Solent Recovery College (SRC) offers a fresh way of working that draws on the experiences and skills of people who have lived experience of or caring for someone with mental health problems.

SRC is working in partnership with Solent NHS Trust, Highbury College and Solent Mind to offer opportunities to students who are using mental health services to learn about recovery.  The focus is on education and offers learning opportunities about recovery, coping skills and living with on-going symptoms.

We are recruiting for a Solent Recovery College (SRC) Operational Lead - part time 25 hours a week

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of the SRC Operational Lead post. 

The postholder will play an integral role in the development of the SRC, overseeing the day to day running of the college, working alongside SRC staff, overseeing our peer trainers and contributing to the ongoing collaboration of the three partners facilitating the recovery college, Solent Mind, Highbury College and Solent NHS Trust.

Not only are we looking for someone with excellent partnership and leadership skills, but we also seek someone capable of leading on the expansion of our current model, to open our doors to other services such as physical health, substance misuse, dementia and other areas.
