Solent Mind is the largest third sector provider of mental health services in the Hampshire region offering a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support in communities across Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire. 

Solent Mind are the provider of wellbeing services in the New Forest, Winchester & Eastleigh and Fareham & Gosport areas.  Our Wellbeing Centres provide a range of activities and support to service users; both in the centres and in the community;

We have the following opportunities to work in our New Forest Wellbeing Centres based in Hythe or New Milton and covering other locations within the New Forest:

Senior Wellbeing Advisors – ref: SWANFmay18, New Forest Wellbeing Centres

3 posts x 18.5 hours per week:

• Post 1: Based at Marcella House, Hythe - Monday 1.00 – 4.30, Tuesday 9.00 – 5.00, Friday 9.00 – 5.00
• Post 2:  Fixed Term Contract to 31/03/19 - Based at Marcella House, Hythe - Tuesday – 1.00pm to 5.00pm, Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
• Post 3: - Based at The Hollies, New Milton – days to be confirmed

Salary:  £17,653 - £19,011 pro rata per annum

As part of a team of Senior Advisors and Advisors at the Wellbeing Centres you will support service users to reach independence and wellbeing through recovery star assessment, and group work offering interventions to enable service users to achieve goals identified through the recovery star process
