Solent Mind run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country, providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies. We are currently recruiting for:

PATIENT LIAISON ADMINISTRATOR
Hours: 1 x Full Time 37 Hours Per Week
1 x Part Time/Job Share 19 Hours Per Week (Please state preference on application)
Salary Range: £15,833 to £17,052 Per Annum/Pro Rata

A role has become available in our hard working and close-knit team for a full time and job share/part time Patient Liaison Administrator in the Telephone Referral Centre (TARC) at italk.
If you thrive in a busy office environment and are passionate about patient care this could be a great opportunity for you! Your excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner will be essential to ensuring patients gain access to the support they need. An understanding of mental health issues is helpful, but not essential. Your IT skills will be put to good use as you will be registering patients and booking appointments on our patient database.

We can offer you shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am to 4.30pm; preferred shifts will be discussed at interview.
