Solent Mind is the largest third sector provider of mental health services in the Hampshire region offering a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support.

Solent Mind run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies.

We are recruiting for a full time Patient Liaison Administrator to join our busy Telephone & Referral Centre at italk.

You will have experience of or be able to demonstrate an understanding of working in a busy office environment and will possess good IT skills.  An understanding of mental health issues is desirable, but not essential.  You will also have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner as you will be dealing with patients, GP and other agencies.

We operate a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am to 4.30pm; preferred shifts will be discussed at interview.
