Are you looking for experience in an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Service?

Solent Mind is the leading ­mental health charity across Hampshire providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support.  Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies.

We are looking for a

Data Entry Assistant, italk - part time 30 hours a week, based in central Eastleigh

Salary: £15,446 - £16,636 pro rata per annum

to join our Telephone and Referral Centre (TARC) at italk. You will have experience of or be able to demonstrate an understanding of working in a busy office environment and will possess good IT skills.  An understanding of mental health issues is desirable, but not essential.  You will have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy, along with a professional telephone manner as you may be helping to answer the phone during busy periods.
