Solent Mind is the leading ­mental health charity across Hampshire providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support.  Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We require a dynamic person to join our Advocacy Team.

We are looking for an 

ADMINISTRATOR - 20 hours a week - Monday To Friday 1.00pm - 5.00pm

Salary Range: £15,446 - £16,636 Pro Rata per annum

to support the administration team in providing robust administration systems and processes within a busy Advocacy office and for all referrals for services across Hampshire, Southampton and Portsmouth.

The role will require the successful applicant to work within a busy office environment, manage referrals within tight timescales and be the first point of contact for clients and professionals.  You will be confident in providing day to day administrative support for all the Advocacy contracts and will support the Administration  Co-Ordinator in their role.
