Solent Mind is the leading ­ mental health charity across Hampshire providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support.  Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We provide Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire’s specialist Mental Health Advocacy service.

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator, based in Southampton

Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday 1.00pm to 5.00pm)

Salary Range: £15,446 - £16,636 pro rata per annum

to join our Advocacy Administration team to provide a robust service to the Advocacy team.

Working within a busy office environment your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with enquiries and being the first point of contact for clients and professionals
  • Processing referrals for all Advocacy services across Hampshire, Southampton and Portsmouth ensuring data is recorded and managed according to tight deadlines
  • Providing day to day administrative support to other members of the Advocacy Team
