Solent Mind is the largest third sector provider of mental health services in the Hampshire region offering a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support

The Senior Wellbeing Advisor will support service users to reach independence and wellbeing through group and community support. With the aim of enabling service users to achieve independence and wellbeing through assessment, goal planning and 1:1 support. 

As a Senior Advisor you will be working 1-1 with clients, and facilitate workshops, and structured recovery focused groups, using outcome based measures and various tools to enable service users to better manage their mental health and set them on the road to recovery.

You will be based at the Portsmouth Support and Recovery Service Wellbeing Centre but at times you will also work from the St Marys Health Campus.

If you have experience of working with people with mental health problems and have good written and verbal communication skills we would like to hear from you.
