Community Links work in partnership with local and national government to solve the problems affecting communities. 

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Programme Manager who has significant experience in managing complex public and independent contracts (including ESF and Big Lottery) with a deep understanding of combining practical local delivery with national and regional policy contributions to maximise the long-term impact of our work. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can demonstrate an excellent track record of success in a similar role. Key areas of responsibility include budget, performance and partner management, audit and compliance, monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, staff/volunteer management and day-to-day operations.
