Rhythmix’s Trustees want to recruit a new CEO with the drive and commitment to lead the charity through its next phase of development. It is an exciting time to join our charity. The profile of health and wellbeing has never been higher and there is a growing recognition of the role of arts and music in improving health and wellbeing outcomes.

We want a new Chief Executive to maintain and protect our current services, while growing our revenue so that Rhythmix can meet the needs and hopes of even more vulnerable people.

The Charity’s funding model is also evolving. Alongside funding from charitable trusts and foundations, we are seeking to grow funding received from major donors. We are developing this with expert help from a specialist consultancy working with the senior team and the Trustees.

To ensure that we can achieve our ambitions, we are looking for an inspirational Chief Executive who shares our vision and values and who wants to work with and lead our great team, maintain and develop productive relationships with our many partner organisations, and who thrives on making a positive difference for the people we serve.

Rhythmix has an office based in Brighton and we can offer a mixture of office and home working to the successful candidate. Applications from candidates who are interested in taking on the role part-time will also be considered.
