The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a leading alliance of businesses, trade unions and voluntary organisations that promotes respect for workers’ rights around the globe.

We are looking for a superb executive assistant to support the Regional Director, based in Hong Kong. This is a vital role for someone who thrives in a varied environment.  As well as being an experienced Personal Assistant who has a keen eye for detail, a key focus of the post is to provide advice and support to members and other external stakeholders relating to ethical trade to enable them to engage with ETI’s initiatives and ethical trade objectives

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a service delivery/commercial environment or membership organisation. The work load will be varied with the chance of some travel. We would expect experience of completing desk based research and setting up successful corporate events.

This is a time limited contract of 2 years due to funding restrictions, with the hope that it can be extended. We are hoping to interview the week commencing 26 June 2017
