Join our Board

We are searching for two new Board members; could you be one of them?

Red Kite Community Housing is a tenant-led, not for profit, charitable housing organisation that was formed in 2011. Owning and managing 6,700 homes in the Wycombe district and surrounding area, we’re here to realise the potential of our communities so that we have families who are well housed and neighbourhoods which flourish.

Recently, we’ve announced that following extensive member consultation and in depth customer engagement, we will be setting up new property, commercial and unique charitable housing companies that will allow us to provide 375 new homes by 2021, offer different tenure types, set flexible rents that are based on a person’s ability to pay and provide bespoke mentoring programmes to improve people’s independence.

We have a committed and friendly Group Board. At this busy and exciting time, we’re looking to strengthen it with two new members. We are seeking one who has specialist skills in Finance and one with Marketing, Communications and IT skills.
