Job Description

Raystede is an animal welfare charity established 65 years ago.  We rescue, rehabilitate, rehome and provide sanctuary for more than 2,000 animals across a broad range of species and provide educational experiences to over 150,000 visitors each year.

We are seeking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer with a strong track record of success, to lead, promote and develop all aspects of the operation of the Charity.

Applicants must be experienced and successful leaders with a passion for animal welfare, a real business vision and an ability to work with staff and the Board of Trustees in developing and sharing our strategy to ensure sustainable growth.

Skills in fundraising, legacy and commercial income streams are essential

A competitive salary package will be negotiated which includes a pension. There is the option of accommodation adjacent to the site.
