Job Description

Are you passionate about improving the lives of women and girls affected by sexual violence? Rape Crisis Surrey & Sussex (RCSAS) are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the development of the organisation.

Hours: Full time

Salary: Circa £34,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience

Location: Crawley, West Sussex (with travel in Sussex and Surrey required)

Responsible for: Five staff plus sessional workers and volunteers

Contract type: Permanent (funding dependent)

Interview date: Week beginning 8th October 2018

The post holder will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, evaluation and development of the services and to ensure that RCSAS’s ethos underpins the growth and sustainability of the service. Candidates must demonstrate experience of leading and developing services, and an understanding of gendered violence.

This is a hugely rewarding role for someone who enjoys working in a diverse, highly motivated and professional team.

The role is subject to receiving Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks and to a probationary period.
