The core purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the programme, including developing existing projects as we grow and extend our support to ever more people.

The new post holder will ensure successful delivery and development of all of the charity’s workforce wellbeing projects including; Racing’s Support Line, Racing’s Occupational Health Service, The Careers, Advice and Training Service (CATS) and the development of improved Mental Health services.  Reporting to the Director of Welfare and Senior Management Team you will have proven and demonstrable experience of project and programme management techniques as well as an understanding of the benefits this programme will bring to the horseracing industry.
