Job Description

The Centre for Justice Innovation is a research and development charity which works towards a British justice system that reduces crime and in which all of our people can place their trust. We work by supporting frontline practitioners, advancing the knowledge base and promoting practice innovation and evidence in policy making.

We believe sustainable change is best built from the ground up, led by frontline practitioners. The project development manager will work with partners to develop and implement a programme of support to help individuals in the criminal justice field to innovate. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in designing and planning projects, including securing necessary resources, as well as ensuring they are delivered. The ideal candidate will be aware of the challenges faced by frontline pracitioners in the criminal justice system who want to innovate.

The post is part time at 21 hours per week, fixed term for twelve months with the possibility of extension subject to funding. The Centre is based at Oval, London.
