We are looking for an experienced Programmes or Programme Funding professional with strong proposal writing, project design and project management skills. This role is well suited to individuals with a Programme Funding and/or Programmes background looking to build their specialist experience in project design and lead the development of new projects and proposals which deliver transformational impact for rural communities in East Africa. The Programme Design Coordinator will work closely with Farm Africa’s technical and programmes experts, as well as our Business Development team, to develop high quality technical project designs and to secure grant funding. This is a crucial role in Farm Africa’s current strategy to become the leading European NGO specialising in agriculture, environment and business in rural Africa. We are looking for an individual with a strong knowledge of international development, experience in the use of technical project design tools including logical frameworks, excellent written communication skills and a knowledge of the international donor landscape.
