Job Description

Peasholme Charity delivers support services to vulnerable people in York. This new post, funded through the Nationwide Building Society Community Fund with match funding from the North Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner, aims to support rough sleepers presenting with complex support needs to gain access to accommodation.

The successful candidate will work with socially excluded people to make changes in their lives and achieve positive outcomes.
