italk is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country.

We are recruiting for a full time (37 hours) and Part Time (22.5 hours) Patient Liaison Administrator to join our busy Telephone & Referral Centre at italk.

You will have experience of or be able to demonstrate an understanding of working in a busy office environment and will possess good IT skills.  An understanding of mental health issues is desirable, but not essential.  You will also have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner as you will be dealing with patients, GP and other agencies.

We operate a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am to 4.30pm; preferred hours will be discussed at interview.
