Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)

Salary: £26,934 - £28,617 per annum depending on experience

Location: Oxford, with some travel in Oxfordshire

Contract type: Fixed term for 12 months with the possibility of extension

Are you an inspiring woman with experience of supporting women affected by sexual violence? We are recruiting an experienced worker to help deliver a new service providing ISVA support to students at the University of Oxford.

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of working within the violence against women sector including experience of providing direct face to face support with survivors, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work within a multi-agency setting to provide a pro-active, service user led support survivors of both recent and historic abuse, within and outside of the criminal justice system, to support them in coping with and recovering from the experience of abuse.

We provide ongoing support, training, and development, 28 days annual leave a year (plus bank holidays) and flexible working arrangements.
