Working in partnership with Solent NHS Trust we deliver the Portsmouth Support & Recovery Service.

We are recruiting for an Operational Administration Co-Ordinator, Part time - 30 hours per week, based at St Marys Community Health Campus, Portsmouth

As Operational Administration Co-Ordinator you will provide administrative support and manage the day to day administrative needs of the Portsmouth Support & Recovery Service (PSR)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting  data on to systems as required and analysing data to produce reports in conjunction with the Head of Service
  • General office duties such as stationary orders, room bookings
  • Acting as the main point of contact for St Mary’s reception staff for phone calls and correspondence
  • Taking Minutes at meetings
  • Supervising Administration Volunteers
