We do this through providing leading edge services, opportunities, therapies and respite, currently in South West London.  One Trust was established in 2015, and following a successful start-up phase, is now looking to recruit talented individuals to deliver on a 3-5 year strategy focused on growth.  One Trust has ambitions to reach as many people as possible as there is a shortage of first class P.M.L.D provision across South London, One Trust is dedicated to filling that void.  We are now looking for skilled and experienced people who can make that happen.

At this important and exciting phase of One Trust’s journey, the Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for taking on strategic oversight of One Trust and day-to-day responsibility for all financial and operational aspects of the business.  They will work closely with the CEO, Board, a Fundraising and Communications Director, Business Development and Projects Director as well as Service Managers and frontline personnel.

The COO will assist the CEO, Board and other Senior Management with delivering the mission, vision and values of One Trust.  The COO will take care of the day to day, but will also work alongside the CEO, exploring opportunities to expand the reach of One Trust.

One Trust is looking for a person who is an accomplished leader, inspirational, innovative and strategically astute.  The successful candidate will have a CCAB accountancy qualification and experience of financial management and control.  We are seeking someone who has successfully managed teams within a similar sized organisation.  Most importantly, we are looking for a person who is a self- starter, someone who is empathetic towards, and dedicated to One Trust’s mission, impact and future.

The head office of One Trust is 21 Church Lane, Tooting, London, SW17 9PW, however there is scope for the successful applicant to periodically work remotely from sites in Battersea, Putney and Southfields.
