The National Youth Agency is at a very exciting point in its development. You will join a committed, lively team working together to transform the lives of young people through the power of youth work. We are seeking an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record to come onboard and make proactive gains across several income streams, including trusts and foundations, statutory, community, corporate, events and individual giving.

The role will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of new and potential funders, composing and submitting compelling funding proposals and applications that showcase the amazing work the charity does and illustrate what a huge difference the funding would make.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of trusts and foundations fundraising, securing donations at a five and six figure level, and will have superb relationship building and communication skills. This role is to develop and take forward and an organisation-wide fundraising strategy and work plan including tactics for raising unrestricted income.
