Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced project manager, with an enthusiasm for partnerships, and, ideally, knowledge of the visitor economy and/or economic development.

You’ll be joining a friendly and highly motivated team - delivering cycling, tourism, disabled access, heritage, environment and volunteering projects.  You will manage project delivery, bid writing, strategic economic development and capacity building.

The successful officer will work closely with the Morecambe Bay Coastal Community Team, local authority and community partners.  The role combines managing delivering of on-going projects with shaping and supporting the new Coastal Community Team – a partnership for economic growth. 

On-going projects include the electric bike network, new information for visitors to embed the Bay brand and other cycleway, destination and place-making work.
