MAF UK are now seeking a full time Recruitment Officer whose specific remit is to attract, engage and recruit candidates for overseas service.  This is an outward facing role and the successful applicant will be involved in organising recruitment events, attending Christian festivals and building strong relationships and networks with individuals, Christian Colleges and Unions both face to face and digitally. 

To excel in this role, you will need to be a relationship builder and influencer, passionate about resourcing the MAF mission field and seeing overseas staff deployed.  The role requires you to demonstrate significant initiative and tenacity to plan successful events and manage relationships and projects that result in the success of our International Recruitment Strategy.

Based in Folkestone, Kent this role involves regular travel across the UK including up to 12 weekends a year and potential overnight stays during the week, a driving licence and work outside of normal office hours will be required.

There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian.  Additional information is available on request.

Benefits: The salary for this role full time is £30,000 per annum.  Full time - 36 hours per week.  MAF UK provides a non-contributory pension scheme for staff of 10% salary on joining. The full-time annual leave entitlement is 22 days per year plus 8-statutory paid public holidays per year, plus additional paid leave given by MAF UK for the Christmas and New Year office closure.

Location:  Folkestone, Kent with regular travel across the UK and occasionally overseas
