Do you know how to sift out relevant, news-worthy information and package it for different audiences?

If you’d like to use your skills to make a real difference in the world we’d like to hear from you.

MAF is the world’s largest humanitarian air operator.  For almost 75 years we have been helping to change the ending for some of the most isolated people on the planet.  We are looking for an inquisitive, creative communicator to keep our communications up to date by sourcing, analysing, storing and sharing details of our transformational work around the world.

You will be responsible for managing the information coming into the organisation, briefing colleagues on news and developments and producing compelling copy for a wide range of audiences.  As a member of our digital team, you will be responsible for creating captivating stories that change hearts and minds to support our priority work and campaigns.

To excel in this role, you will have a genuine and demonstrable interest in geopolitics or international development, along with social media expertise and a way with words.  You will be inquiring, original and a strong communicator with experience of writing in a variety of styles to create and present engaging stories and ideas. Able to thrive under pressure, you’ll be a team player with the ability to plan and work in a complex matrix team, multiple stakeholder environment.

There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian.  Additional information is available on request.

Benefits: Salary of £30,000FTE. MAF UK provides a non-contributory pension scheme for staff of 10% salary on joining.
