As a senior member of the policy team, you'll have a national level track record in policy influencing and impact; excellent policy analysis skills; and a commitment to grounding policy in research, practice and lived experience. Critical thinking is one of your strengths, as well as partnership-building and project management. You have experience of working in mental health or a related field. Working well in a team and across organisations are key skills, as is independence and a firm commitment to improving the mental health of all people.
