Lewisham Music is recruiting up to three new trustees to join its Board of Trustees during an exciting period of growth and development which includes operating from new premises at the Fellowship Inn from early 2019.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for committed and enthusiastic individuals who would like to help shape the strategic direction of a new charity. It offers a platform for you to give back to the local community, support access to arts and cultural opportunity; develop the musical talent and ability of Lewisham’s children and young people, as well as progress your own skills, knowledge and professional development.

We are looking for individuals with high-level experience in finance, fundraising/development, communications, arts/cultural management, operations, and/or premises management. You will demonstrate a strong and visible passion for Lewisham Music’s charitable purpose and strategic objectives, as well as knowledge and understanding of the current issues affecting the arts, music education and community sectors in Lewisham and the south-east of London.
