Lambeth Mediation Service (LMS) is a community voluntary organisation with a long-respected reputation.  We’ve been helping to resolve conflict for nearly 29 years and work with a team of  highly trained and experienced volunteers drawn from, and reflecting,  the diverse local community in Lambeth.

We’re now looking for a Development Officer to take the charity forward.  Working closely with the trustees, you will oversee the development of our services to the highest possible quality.  Our ongoing major projects are in community mediation and restorative justice and we’re looking to expand these and further develop our work with schools, in workplace mediation and in providing training.

Your role will involve working with our trustees, partners and staff, volunteers and our potential client base. If you’ve got a passion for mediation and restorative justice, we would like to hear from you.
