Inclusion London is seeking to appoint a Deaf or Disabled person for the post of:

Hate Crime Partnership Project Manager

£42,850 per annum pro rata @ 22 hours per week

You will set up, co-ordinate and run Inclusion London’s Hate Crime Partnership Project (HCPP) that will develop a pan-London collaborative Deaf and Disabled People’s Organisation (DDPO) response to hate crime/violence against Deaf and Disabled people in London. You will manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the project including:

  • Co-ordinating and supporting the HCPP so that it is an effective, supportive, sustainable and influential partnership of DDPOs
  • Working alongside IL’s Business Development Manager to provide fundraising and service development support to DDPOs involved in the HCPP
  • Developing and managing a range of monitoring and evaluation requirements
  • Ensuring the HCPP becomes a key voice on violence and hate crime against Deaf/Disabled people in London
  • Facilitating and supporting effective partnership working, between DDPOs, and with other relevant organisations
  • Leading on project communications, publicity, project events and evaluation work to ensure learning from the project is captured and disseminated to stakeholders.

You will have experience of successfully managing projects, partnerships or services involving a range of partners / stakeholders; experience of carrying out and meeting quantitative & qualitative monitoring and evaluation requirements; and experience developing and maintaining effective relationships across different sectors and with diverse audiences. You will also have experience of successful voice, representation and influencing work and are skilled at working in an accessible and inclusive way.
