Job Description

Housing for Women believes that everyone has a right to affordable housing regardless of circumstance. We have been providing homes and services to women and their families across London for nearly a century and through our work we enable women to develop their skills and confidence and live independently in the community. Through on-going reviews, surveys and evaluations we are able to adapt our services to the evolving and emerging needs of our customers.

We are currently recruiting for passionate Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to join the team and help us to continue to deliver vital work to vulnerable women and their families.

There are a number of projects that Housing for Women provide across London;

  • ReUnite and RePlace, provide support to re-unite women released from prison with their children and for women who have been trafficked into the UK, are two of these projects currently in operation.

  • We provide support for women and children escaping abuse in Ealing, Merton and Greenwich.

  • Housing for Women also provide specialist support services to woman with substance misuse issues and or mental health issues.

    Our aim is to create a safe and empowering environment for women to develop coping strategies, life skills and resilience to live independently.
