Job Description
Purpose of job: Volunteer recruitment and management; Duty Manager overseeing visitor operations and maintaining high standards of service at all times so that visitors receive an exceptional experience. Provide administrative support in the office.
Working hours: Full time, including alternate weekends on a rota basis Normally 9.30am to 5.30pm with flexibility to cover for special events and late openings.
