The mission of Siblings Together is to promote positive contact between brothers and sisters separated by the care system. Siblings Together are the only UK charity who focus exclusively on this vital need.

We have  grown every year since we were founded in 2008, and we have developed successful operational models and a growth strategy for doubling our impact and size over the next 2 - 3 years. 

To enable this to happen, we are now recruiting  this senior operational role to strengthen our management team and support our CEO, by taking the lead on most day to day management of the charity. This enables our CEO to focus on campaigns and development work.

This is a unique opportunity to play a significant part in enabling the success and growth of our charity and the delivery of its vital work.

The role requires a highly skilled senior manager who will carry out hands on day-to-day management, cope with conflicting demands, develop the team, and deliver income targets and organisational growth. 

It is based at our offices in inner London, working closely with our dynamic CEO/founder and the Board.
