Job Description

Looking to shape an organisation and work with the senior management team? This opportunity is one where you can develop your excellent fundraising skills and also support the management of social projects around community cohesion, integration, preventing extremism and tackling hate crime work. This is a fantastic opportunity to really build on your past experience and work within an organisation that has become the leading light in the areas outlined.

You will work closely with the senior management team and have superb communication skills. You should have excellent well developed writing skills, be able to persuade individuals through your writing skills and be forward thinking and hungry to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This means being flexible and able to assess, digest and make decisions based on what funders are looking for. You will also be able to multi-task and work through a range of deadlines and priorities, whilst ensuring that deadlines are met in an organised manner.

You will also have the following experience:

- Over 3 years of direct fundraising experience from trust funds, with proven success of raising funds over £100,000 for not-for-profit organisations,
- Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to cost projects,
- Strong organisational skills,
- A track record of working and managing projects in not-for-profit organisations,
- Working with a team in a dynamic environment,
- Experience of managing fast moving and large workloads,
