Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to manage our dedicated finance team and take a lead in implementing a new accounting system. You will be a strategic thinker with good technical skills and experience of producing budgets and management and statutory accounts.

Your team provides support to mission workers and partners around the world, sometimes in difficult situations, and you will therefore have good communication skills.

The successful applicant will be a practising Christian in full support of the BMS mission statement. The nature of the role means this is a specific occupational requirement. 

Based at our offices in Didcot, the salary for this post will be within the range of £36,052 to £40,312, depending on level of qualification and experience, with generous pension scheme and holidays.
