Job Description

The Head of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning is a key position within Farm Africa. You will lead a small team to strengthen the programme quality throughout the programme cycle, from evidence-based design through effective monitoring and evaluation, to honest organisational learning and dissemination of results. 
 
The role will take responsibility for ensuring tools, processes and skills are in place to understand our impact on the communities with which we work; identifying opportunities for improvement, building a strong internal evidence base of what works well and less well in different contexts, as well as acting as an interface between Farm Africa and the broader sector.
