Are you interested in making a difference for young people from inner city communities? We are seeking a number of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Board of Trustees at an exciting time in our development. 

We are looking for applicants with extensive financial experience (including an appropriate financial qualification) to act as Treasurer.  We also require individuals with recent HR experience and those skilled in Social Media and/or Marketing . To undertake the role of Trustee, the successful applicants will need to have time to  spare between the quarterly trustee meetings to attend occasional meetings at FAV’s Manchester office. Black, Asian and minority ethnic applicants are particularly encouraged to apply, and we would welcome applications from individuals with direct experience of the criminal justice system.
