The Role

The Facilities Manager contributes towards the running of The Foundry centre in London, and plays an important role supporting the Centre Manager (line manager) in servicing the conference users and office tenants in providing professional, safe and appropriate space and facilities. 

The Facilities Manager is responsible for line managing a small team of Facilities Support Assistants, to lead, develop and motive this successful team.

• Compliance with health and safety legislation and good practice

• Line Manage a small team of Facilities Support Assistants

• Building improvements and maintenance

• Undertaking the building-related aspects of tenant moves

• Other responsibilities in line with the position.

The Foundry is a RIBA Award winning office and conference centre in London, managed by Ethical Property on behalf of the Social Justice and Human Rights Centre Limited, a Limited Company and single purpose vehicle (SPV).
