Job Description

Executive Officer Part time 20 - 25 hours per week

Stoll is the lead provider of housing and support services in the Veterans sector.  Founded in 1917, Stoll has provided a sanctuary to help Veterans rebuild their lives for nearly one hundred years.

We are seeking a highly efficient team player with excellent communication skills to fill this key role of Executive Officer.  This role is extremely varied and will involve providing support to the Chief Executive, and the Corporate Services Team, undertaking diary management, minute taking, and corporate administration to the Board and Senior Management Team. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of Board or Company secretary roles

  • Experience of Corporate Administration roles

  • Experience of carrying out administrative tasks quickly and effectively

  • An understanding and commitment to the aims and ethos of the organisation

  • Strong IT and communication skills
