Job Description

Hope Community Services are looking for an energetic, visionary and commited Director who has the focus and drive to guide HOPE forward into its next phase of development.  Currently our service provision consists of a 14 bed direct access homeless faclity, retail social enterprise, two move-on accomodation projects and one further move-on accommodation currently in the development stages, all located in Worksop, Nottinghamshire

The CEO will provide leadership and direction to HOPE in the development and achievement of its vision, mission and values.

You will need to bring resillience and determination in achieving on-going excellence in all aspects of the work of HOPE.  Experience of managing change in a charitable/commercial/housing  setting would be a particular asset in the role.  A track record of success in attracting funding will be crucial to the future of this role.
