Job Description

We are looking for talented and committed people to join our IPS teams in Barnet and Haringey. You will provide a range of services and practical supports that enable people with severe and enduring mental health problems to gain and maintain paid employment.

Working in partnership with Barnet Enfield and Haringey NHS Mental Health Trust as an integral team member you will deliver a service following the Individual Placement and Support Model (IPS).

We are looking for people who are positive,empathetic and person centred with an understanding of the support needs of people with severe and enduring mental health problems in returning to/retaining mainstream employment.
