We are currently recruiting for an Employment Advisor (Secondary Mental Health Service) within our Portsmouth Support & Recovery Service

In this role you will provide skill-based interventions, information and practical support to help people with severe and enduring mental health issues engaging with secondary mental health services to gain and retain on-going paid employment and work with clients needing a longer term intervention.

Previous experience of working in an employment and/or mental health setting is essential, together with an understanding of the employment needs of people with mental health conditions. Flexibility, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential requirements for the role.
