RISC is one the leading Development Education Centres in the UK, delivering a wide and diverse education programme with schools and universities to promote social justice and sustainability. 

This is a part time, flexible post working as the lead member of our Education Team, for 1 year's maternity cover. We are looking for a candidate with a commitment to social justice, sustainability and Global Citizenship education, experience of delivering engaging and inspiring training for teachers and ideally, some experience of working in higher education. The role demands flexibility, self-sufficiency and excellent communication skills.

You will participate in the strategic development of RISC’s education programme, deliver a wide variety of projects and coordinate a team of freelance associates. 

This post is initially for 1 year but if future funding is secured, an additional 3 years may be available.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on the 1st November. Interviews will be held in Reading on 8th November. Start date is negotiable.
