Job Description

About you

With experience in peer support, community work, or health and social care generally, you will deliver innovative and effective community support and intervention with an initial focus on a social isolation reduction programme and inter-generational projects in Haringey.  You will be a good listener, skilled in working with people who may be vulnerable, and able to motivate and support people to make positive changes to their lives.  You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
