Job Description

With experience in peer support, community work, or health and social care generally, you will deliver innovative and effective community support and intervention with an initial focus on a social isolation reduction programme and inter-generational projects in Haringey.

You will be a good listener, skilled in working with people who may be vulnerable, and able to motivate and support people to make positive changes to their lives. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

This post will be focused on a ‘social prescribing’ project in a local GP surgery funded by Haringey Council.  Please apply by completing an application form. CVs will not be accepted.
