Job Description

We are looking for someone who is full of energy, imagination and determination. They will be managing our community development programme and working closely with local authority and voluntary sector providers, housing providers and other local stakeholders, as well as residents and community groups.

They will need excellent project management skills with a strong track record of delivering client focused services in a diverse inner city community. They will be a natural communicator and be experienced in developing and working in partnerships. The successful applicant will have significant and relevant experience of leading and developing a community development programme.

Candidates should enjoy working within a small busy organisation and should have a flexible approach.
