Can you help us become a more data-driven business?

We are looking for a new BA lead who believes that business intelligence is a key driving force behind business success.

You will work with stakeholders to define, standardize and enable consistent benchmarks, KPI’s, metrics and reporting in relation to business and product performance. Your main goal is to make data and information easy to use, access and interpret.

The role will consist of managing Tableau to enable robust analytics, reporting and benchmarking across the business with consistent outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleansing and interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing business reports.
  • Building innovative and insightful Dashboards and visualisation for richer data analysis, business reporting, product analysis and customer insights.
  • Providing robust and timely analysis, findings and recommendations against specific business enquiries.
  • Building tracking on Google Tag Manager.

What we expect:

  • A degree with a maths or statistics component
  • Good knowledge and experience with BI and analytical tools,
  • Good knowledge of Tableau: proven experience designing dashboards as well as developing metrics to measure success.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Good understanding of BI concepts, data quality management, data cleansing, data profiling, master data management.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, flexibility.
