The Business Emergency Resilience Group (BERG), was created by His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales to help businesses and communities across the UK to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.

BERG is an influential network of UK business leaders and strategic partners that include national charities and UK government departments convened by us.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Campaign Director to take the Campaign to the next level.

This role leads on collaborations focusing on business resilience and continuity. This post enhances the external visibility of the campaign, oversees strategic management of Business Emergency Resilience Group including line management of three Programme Managers, overall responsibility for the BERG Senior Leadership Team and delivery of any associated projects and events.

You will develop a strategy for BERG that demonstrates the added value of a resilient business model including developing BITC’s resilience collateral, linking business prosperity to increased resilience planning, including planning for natural catastrophes, cyber disruption and civil unrest.

This role also identifies key opportunities and funding to help build greater business resilience for large and small business sectors and the community so you will also have experience of developing strong business partnerships, including fund-raising and managing large budgets within a multi-functional environment including across charities, businesses and government departments
