Job Description

• Voluntary (expenses paid)
• Approximately 2-4 hours per week
• Meetings take place in Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich

Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded, innovative local Charity working alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of more than £3m, over 100 staff and 150 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

In the final stages of completing a merger, we are seeking to add to the expertise of our experienced, professional Board of Trustees, and in particular we would like to recruit:

• Two Trustees who live in and have local knowledge of the Royal Borough of Greenwich
• An Honorary Treasurer

Whilst not a requirement, we would particularly welcome applications from  people with legal, HR, fundraising or marketing expertise and people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds.

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service check.
