Our research finds new ways to prevent, treat and cure lung disease. Our support gives people who struggle to breathe the skills, knowledge and confidence to take control of their lives. And together, we’re campaigning for clean air and better services.

Do you want to give a voice to people affected by lung conditions? Then this could be the job for you. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and experience to manage our involvement programme for a 12-month period. The role would be based from our London office however we would consider applications from candidates that wanted to work from home for 2-3 days per week.

The work of the BLF must be steered by the experiences and needs of people affected by lung conditions. We also need to promote and represent these experiences and needs through our campaigns, policy work and other channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing our online patient panels, running virtual consultations for internal departments and external partners
  • Working with internal departments to run surveys, focus groups and other forms of consultation as needed
  • Finding case studies to reflect and promote the voice of people with lung conditions in our work
